Can I use my own architect?
Of course. If you already have drawings we will price and build from them. Our design service is there for customers who want one point of contact.
What does the design stage cost?
We quote a fixed fee for the drawings and applications, and if you go ahead with the build we offset part of that fee against the construction cost.
How long does planning take?
Permitted development checks are quick. A full planning application in South Lanarkshire typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Building warrants take around 4 to 8 weeks.
