Can you take a wall out between my kitchen and dining room?
Yes. We check whether the wall is load-bearing, get a structural engineer to size the beam, submit the building warrant and carry out the work with our own trades.
Do you do smaller jobs too?
We do. Many of our customers start with a smaller job like a bathroom or a knock-through and come back for an extension later.
Do you work with landlords and developers?
Yes. We offer fixed-price refurbishment packages for rental and resale properties and can work to a tight programme between tenancies.
