Do I need planning permission for a driveway?
Not normally, but if the driveway drains onto the road or you need a dropped kerb, there are council rules. We handle the dropped kerb application for you.
Composite or timber decking?
Composite costs more up front but needs no treatment and will not rot. Timber is cheaper and looks natural but needs maintenance. We fit both and will advise on your site.
