Can you help before we have drawings?
Yes. We work with architects and designers we trust and can bring them in at the start so the design is buildable and within budget from day one.
Do you work with self-builders who want to do some of the work themselves?
We do. We can take the project to wind and watertight, or to first fix, and hand over to you from there.
How is the project priced?
We give a fixed price against an agreed specification and drawings, broken down by stage, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
